During huge sales it can take up to 20 business days (International orders 14 business days) depending on the volume of sales. Jolie Hair ships worldwide 5 days a week (Tuesday-Saturday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day. Orders placed Sunday-Monday will not begin processing until Tuesday.
